Adoray Soft Cheese
Description
Each wheel of this extraordinary cheese is wrapped in French spruce bark and features milky, woodsy aromas, and slightly spicy flavours of butter, wood, and straw. Made in Quebec.
To eat, slice the top off the wheel, allow the cheese to reach room temperature, and then dip crusty bread into the cheese fondue style!
(Rind and spruce bark should not be consumed.)
