First Cold Extracted, USDA and Canada certified organic. It is a mono Olive Oil from the world-class Chemlali variety classified by the International Olive Oil counsel as a variety of high level of polyphenols.

For Everyday Cooking our Olive Oil is cold extracted from the Chemlali variety. Early harvested for optimal taste, giving it a balanced fruitiness with fresh-fruit aromas.
